There, these little balls of wool enjoy the delicate herbs that grow beneath the vines and help keep weeds in check\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe sheep need to be sheared once a year. To ensure that this wool—a valuable resource—doesn’t go to waste, I thought of a practical way to use it that’s also related to the winery.
