Payment and Shipping
We ship your order via Swiss Post or a shipping carrier. Your order will be delivered to your home within 4–6 business days.
Shipping Terms in Switzerland: Free shipping to your doorstep for orders of CHF 250.00 or more—per delivery address. Otherwise, a flat rate of CHF 20.00 applies. VAT and packaging are included.
You can choose one of the following payment options: credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Postfinance, Postcard, TWINT, and payment by invoice.
No, there is no minimum order amount. However, to ensure safe shipping, we recommend always ordering in sets of 6.
Cave du Rhodan ships exclusively to customers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Yes, you can. As a Swiss customer, you can request the tracking number for your shipment.
Please note that Swiss Post takes 3–4 days for Economy shipping (1–2 days for Priority) to deliver the package (business days!). If you still haven’t received your package even after the above-mentioned timeframes have passed, please send us an emailat an:mounir@rhodan.ch

Miscellaneous
No, individual guests do not need to make a reservation. However, if you would like to include a meal or a cellar tour with your tasting, we ask that you make a reservation. This applies to groups of 6 or more people.
If any of the bottles you ordered have a cork taint, we will reimburse you. To do so, we need the affected bottle, as we keep a systematic record of these cases.
You will receive a replacement bottle at our location in Salgesch or a credit note that you can redeem with a future order.
We will reimburse you for tap wine for up to three years from the date of purchase.
Wines sealed with a technical cork or screw cap, as well as wines that are more than 4 years old, are excluded from the tap wine regulation.
