To mark Leo Mounir’s 88th birthday, Cave du Rhodan tells the story of how Petit Bonheur came to be. A sparkling wine made from Muscat grapes, it was the result of a happy coincidence and a name that was found at just the right moment.
Starting this year, Cave du Rhodan has been using a drone in its vineyard for organic pest control. It protects wet soil, improves safety on steep slopes, and is powered by the winery’s own solar energy.
