Heida —This full-bodied white wine, with its delicate bouquet of nutty aromas and hints of citrus, is lively and has a long finish.

Perle du Rhodan —Pinot Noir and Salgesch: a particularly successful pairing. Perle du Rhodan is a prime example of this: fruitiness and vibrancy, elegance and power come together to form an impressive whole.

Blanc de Noir —making white wine from red grapes. Pinot Noir grapes are pressed quickly after harvest, so that the color remains in the skins. The result is a fruity, berry-flavored wine with subtle notes of ripe quince.
