In producing sPORTlich, we draw on the tradition of port wine. This fortified red wine, made from Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes, is aged in barriques. Its aromas are reminiscent of blackberries, cherries, and dried fruit.

The distinctiveness of Valais wines is also evident in the name “Malvoisie”: the Pinot Gris variety, which is grown worldwide, is known here as Malvoisie. The name hints at the wine’s exceptional smoothness. Mild acidity and a delicate mouthfeel are part of its pleasant character.
