"Diversitas wines are complex, deep wines with great aging potential. The Petite Arvine comes from a single vineyard in Salgesch and is aged in barrique barrels containing a portion of acacia wood.
The nose is somewhat reserved at first, taking time to open up, then revealing hints of mandarin and honey. On the palate, however, the wine truly explodes, with aromas of pink grapefruit, mandarin, mint, and wet stone. The famous salty note of Petite Arvine comes through fully right from the first sip, along with the spice from the barrique. The wine possesses an incredible amount of creaminess and has an extremely long finish."
