"Diversitas wines are complex, deep wines with great aging potential. The Riesling grapes for Diversitas are gently pressed over a period of twelve hours to extract only the very best quality juice and extract. 
The intense nose is incredibly diverse, with notes of ginger, peach, red currant, chamomile, and green walnut. On the palate, as with any top-class Riesling, the structure—that is, the extract—takes center stage. The palate is coated with silky white wine extract and immediately cleansed by phenomenal acidity. A sensory spectacle reserved for only a few top grape varieties and wines. The complex aromatics come to the fore again in the long finish. A wine with a long aging potential."
