"The grapes for this classic Bordeaux blend are grown according to biodynamic principles. Merlot makes up the majority of the blend, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
On the nose, it offers toasty oak notes, as well as cloves and cassis. On the palate, it offers plenty of spice, resin, and green pepper, followed by dark berry fruit. A densely structured and concentrated wine with plenty of polished tannins. Aromas of tobacco, plum, and pomegranate in the long finish. A wine with class that still needs time to unfold."
