Open and intense aromas of mint, linden blossom, white tea, and a hint of quince. On the palate, it’s initially light and crisp, but immediately opens up and becomes full-bodied, with warming notes of lemon zest, hay, and dried flowers, as well as a slight salty note. A wine with plenty of tension and a delicate smoothness, striking a beautiful balance between elegance and body, between fruit and spice."
