Valais-Style Homemade Sausages

In collaboration with a local butcher, meat from their own animals is processed into this Valais specialty. During the sausage-making process, bacon and fresh beets are added to the meat, which is then air-dried.
Ingredients: Beef, pork bacon, beets, spice blend
The sausages should be stored in the refrigerator.
